When God Made me, He Was Just Showing Off..

That was an inprint on my mug...a christmas gift.

It was THE line that lifted my spirit.

My usual morning started off ok...a lil tired but survivable.

Had breakfast and found out about a company meeting that happened after I left for my half day leave. Sad? Very I must say.

Managers are suppose to help arent they? Well majority of them makes matters worst. Helping with our performances? nonsence....absolutely zilch. ALthough motorola is an american based company, our plant is in MALAYSIA!!!!! With asian mentality!!! Performance Management Konon! Nothing against Performance Management but to apply into asian culture? Major flop. Wanna know WHY??????

Lets start with Asian bosses arent honest enough. All trying to save their faces, not wanting to be the black sheep.

So you ask them..."How did I perform this checkpoint?" they say " very good or pretty good or not too bad"

Then we ask "anywhere else I can improve?", they say "nothing at this moment but will let you know if any". Here comes the best part, during their summary of dialogue it is included that we have to perform better in this area, that area.

ASSHOLES!!!

When we ask, everything ok.....behind us wahhhh, all negative points arrise.

Serious chicken shit. I LOATHE people with those sort of mentality. YOU dont have the right to become a manager! You may be one now but let me gurantee that you wont have a smooth career if you dont change that mindset. Kiasuness.

Have you heard of What comes around, goes around?? You will have your fair share of suffering.

I am bloody upset with them. I also found out I am not alone in this. Loads more people who are upset with this situation.

A piece of advice to our managers, stop Sucking up to our big boss, he is another huge dumbass! Cant stand the sight of him even....he disgusts me! Every single thing under the moon he wants to do and who has tobecome slaves?? We do. Every damn thing he promise we have to do. Bloody kiamsiap fella. "dont worry, I will get the money for you guys" in the end?? cut budget till almost zero. My prayers is he gets moved out from this department...or better still "FIRED"!

I miss our old boss Alex Emmermann....yea, an american. He understands his subordinates so well so much so we are willing to put in the extra hours, he has passion for his workers, try to build relationship with us, acknowledge us even for the tiniest contribution...we WERE happy...

Those were sweet memories......currently its pretty much a living hell.
