Ouch is an Understatement

Gross right?

How?

Was running up the stairs at ALP ( A La Pointe Ballet Academy), while trying to avoid all the slippers/shoes.....I fell and felt a sharp pain on my toe. Ignored it, continue runnin up the stairs.

While I was taking off my slippers, I saw the condition of my toe. Gosh, was feeling woozy for a few seconds. It started to bleed.

One of my friend helped to bandage with cotton and scotch tape. Ya boy, no plasters around.

After which, I could still dance, but cant do pirouettes, or turns or jumps.....whole toe was numb.

Anyways, I pulled out the cracked nail. Simply Horrendous. Excruciating! Am praying it wont be infected.

Malaysian Supper?

-Hot plate of nasi kandar(very little rice) with egg, bendi, beef or even raw green chillies and flood it with delicious gravy.....Absolutely sinful.-

-Roti canai-

- Finish off with Teh tarik-

Is that healthy? I shall not comment.....thats what we call 'indulgence'.

Crazy Feet

such control....wow!

Good and Bad

Good news first??

Here goes..

Got a new baby today! Goodbye Konica Minolta X50 (2 years, 9 months) and hello Kodak C613.. not as G-L-A-M-O-R-O-U-S as before but its a basic point and shoot camera. I miss my old baby, it'll take almost RM400 to repair and I've already changed the lense a year back. It will now sit on my desk, RM1599 gone!

Move on...

Thanks to Aaron who convinced me to get a new cam, I can now continue capturing memories. (how's the quality below??)

---------------------------------------
Back to the bad news..

I dropped my L6 into a toilet bowl last night.........ermm, clean water i think! Thank God!

Just as i'm begining to fall in love with the phone, this happened. Jinx~

I was taking quite a fair bit of pics with the phone substituting my X50. BUT it SURVIVED! Hair dried and it powered up, you go Motorola. Had to send for repair because the on/off key was not working, cost me only RM35 to repair.....so no need to purchase anything new.

I find that investing in the latest phone is a total waste of $$$. My first pay, I bought V600 for Rm1500, after a year I could only trade in for Rm300. Crazy rite? After that experience, its all basic phone for Sharon. Last longer too.

Aaron this is for you. God has blessed you with a gift. Use it for his GLORY! Amen!

Chris Tomlin - Fire Fall Down @ Passion 07

Chris Tomlin, annointed song writter.

I met him in person in 2001 @ Revival Generation.

From The Inside Out (Everlasting) Hillsong United

This song sings about my heart's true desire....

"The art of losing myself in bringing You praise...."

Books I strongly Recommend

I have both.

Indeed it is worth your money. Just last friday, a friend of mine photocopied 15 copies of Jason Evert's [If you Really Love me - 100 Questions on Dating, Relationships and Sexual Purity] to distribute to some of the youths in SWYF. I know, copyright and all.....but seriously no choice, I shipped this to a friend who was coming back from US.

Our CIS (catholic bookstore in Penang road) carries the most pathetic selection of books. Come on, how are we suppose to grow?? Anyways Aaron found a bookstore @ St. Annes Church butterworth, not too bad.....At least we can find some resourceful books and materials. Well lets not get started on the issue of Catholic materials.....if not it'll never end. BTW, Borders carries Catholic books too.

Buy this! It answers everything a teenager would like to know from sex, masturbation, cohabitation, birth control pills, pornography......and plenty more. An annointed speaker, Jason Evert and his wife Crystalina Evert works full time for catholic.com and travels around giving talks on Chastity. You can check out their web site at www.pureloveclub.com or www.pureloveclub.net for public school version. Be Blessed!

The feedback and ratings for this book was overwhelming. Dawn used to work in the NYC newspaper world as deputy news editor at the New York Daily News and, before that, a copy editor for the New York Post. She left the Daily News in June 2007 to become the first director of the Cardinal Newman Society's Love and Responsibility Program, a multipronged effort to reestablish chastity as the cornerstone of Catholic campus culture.

An amazing blog writter, you can check it out at http://www.dawneden.com

Replacement Holiday

Our lunch @ 'Taiwan Bull'. Funny name. I know, I know. Thats the Hot and Spicy beef noodles. Not spicy at all and in fact a lil sour.....hmmmm should have named it Sour Beef noodles...LOL!

XXL Chicken, seasoned in some special batter. Why XXL?? No idea, it came in small scrawny pieces.
The wheather at 2.30pm on a Monday. Thank goodness I was not at work.

Good time to rest Penang!

The monday I love...

....Aha, public holiday replacement. Woohoo!

Woke up close to 11am, a tad bit earlier than I expected, tried forcing myself back to sleep but my mind was fully awake. Dang! So read female for a while and glued myself on the TV. All you Astro addicts, the channels has officially changed. Flip to 100 if you get lost....Channel Menu.

After which, i watched Desperate Housewives and Oprah. Had lunch in a fairly new place called 'Taiwan Bull', nothing to shout about though. Walked around QBay, bought a top from Esprit and now Blogging from Starbucks.

Cloudy day I must say. Good for relaxing, sleeping, cuddle up......doing all the lazy stuff. Am really glad today IS an OFF day. Couldn't be any better. Come to think of it, I didnt suffer sunday blues this week, yup mine starts from Sunday evenings and snowballs into Monday. LOL! Its that bad!!!!
